who we are (were).

Growing CoDesign was an 11 month AUFF 2021 NOVA-funded research project headed by Lone Koefoed Hansen (PI) and Raune Frankjaer (post doc), together with Margrete Lodahl Rolighed (research intern) and Ester Marie Aagaard (student researcher). The project investigated the use of creative practice and digital technologies as a method to include nature as a partner in design practice. More specifically we harvested the electrophysiological signals emitted by plants with medical sensing technology as the base for plant-human creative-aesthetic collaborations.
